Client Care Information Regarding Returns, Exchanges And Refunds

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must remain unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns without authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the product ordered, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made garments
  • Personalized products
  • Made-to-order stitched outfits
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

These items are produced specifically for individual clients and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchange requests may be accommodated subject to availability and approval.

In some circumstances, clients may be advised to place a new order once the return process has been completed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
