Orders & payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections and tap the heart to save the designs you like to your wishlist. Then open your wishlist and tap Share to ANJANI ART to send all your picks to us on WhatsApp in one link, along with the quantities you need. Our team will confirm availability, pricing and the next steps for your order.
Why are prices not shown, and how do I pay?
As a manufacturer and wholesaler, we share prices directly with trade buyers. Contact us on WhatsApp or email for our latest price list. Payment details and terms are confirmed with you before your order is processed, and invoices are issued in INR.
Can I request a custom colour or design change?
Message us on WhatsApp with the product link and your request. Our team will confirm what's possible for that design, along with the price and timeline.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We work with buyers in every country and ship worldwide with DHL, FedEx, DPD and Aramex. Within India we ship with DTDC, Blue Dart and AICS. Services depend on availability at your destination.
How long will my order take?
Delivery times depend on your order, destination, courier and customs. We share an estimated dispatch date when we confirm your order, and a tracking link once your parcel ships.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is charged separately based on destination, parcel weight and size, and courier rates. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges in your country are paid by the buyer.

Which sizes are available?
Size details are listed on each product, and our Size Guide explains the measurements. If you need a specific size set for your store, tell us when you enquire and we'll confirm what's available.
Can you produce a design for my brand or store?
We work with brands, boutiques and fashion entrepreneurs on their collections. Share your requirements on WhatsApp or email and our team will discuss options, quantities and timelines with you.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Confirmed orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded. If an item is damaged before or during delivery, send us your order details with clear photos or videos straight away. After review, verified damaged items can be exchanged at no extra cost. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Care
How should the outfits be cared for?
Dry clean only. Store outfits folded in muslin or cotton cloth, away from damp and direct sunlight, and avoid spraying perfume directly onto embroidery or zari work.
