All orders are subject to product availability, order confirmation, and the agreed payment terms. Customers and business partners must provide accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

Our inventory is updated periodically, and stock updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect across our systems. Therefore, a product displayed as available on our website may already be out of stock due to a recent sale or an order placed through another channel. All orders are subject to stock verification. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Anjani Art will inform the customer or business partner and discuss the available options.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, appearance, embellishments, or finishing may occur due to lighting, screen settings, materials, or manufacturing processes.

All confirmed business to business orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by Anjani Art. If a business partner receives a verified damaged product, the affected piece will be exchanged without additional product or shipping charges, subject to verification and our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping charges, delivery estimates, customs duties, and import taxes are subject to our Shipping Policy and the terms agreed for the relevant order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, customs clearance, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Anjani Art respects the privacy, confidentiality, and commercial interests of all customers and business partners. Confidential business information, brand identities, purchasing details, pricing arrangements, and business relationships will not be publicly disclosed or used for promotional purposes without appropriate authorization, except where disclosure is necessary to provide services or required by law.
